Blue Grotto
"A dive where the water is bluest..." and like a spell, the cave becomes vast and silent, letting only the small waves caress the walls, along with the sailors' song. Our signature cocktail, made with fine gin, an infusion of Capri citrus, a fresh touch of rosemary, and a hint of Blue Curaçao to celebrate one of the island's most emblematic places.
Serving: pour into a Collins glass with plenty of ice.
Garnish: lemon zest.

Negroni Sunset
The low sun ignites and gently descends behind the Punta Carena lighthouse, caressing your skin. You remain enchanted, enjoying this spectacle: your moment of relaxation and fun. Our interpretation of the most famous Italian cocktail, the perfect combination of gin, bitter, and vermouth, presented in Capri style with a fresh note of Capri lemons.

Limoncello Sour

Espresso Martini
